Serenity Holistic Touch promotes whole body wellness in Tucson, Arizona. Lisa Westrick, the owner, specializes in Reiki, Vibrational Sound Therapy and Sound Baths. The term ‘holistic’ means a healthy balance between physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Lisa Westrick is here to assist you on your path to health, well-being, harmony, and joy. 
All energy sessions offered are relaxing, non-invasive, and performed while the recipient is fully clothed. Each modality is excellent as a stand-alone treatment, or a series of treatments for both preventative care and existing conditions. Reiki, sound and other energy modalities are also complementary to Western Medicine. Energy sessions can promote balance, health, joy, and well-being throughout a person’s life from birth until old age. Lisa Westrick is committed to educate, empower and offer energy sessions to others so that they can live a healthy and more purposefully abundant life.

Reiki is a Japanese system of natural healing based on channeling energy through the hands.The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words: Rei, which means universal power and Ki, which means life force energy.
VIBRATIONAL SOUND THERAPY
Vibrational Sound Therapy introduces sound waves directly into the body through striking Himalayan bowls to create a treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation.
SOUND BATH
Immerse yourself into the sounds of the singing bowls and gongs. People often describe a sound bath as being submerged in sound waves, similar to floating in an ocean or lake and feeling water wash over you.
